Job description

Key tasks

Job Responsibility:
• Serving guests at the Bell Counter while providing the highest level of service possible in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
• Responsible for the timely and careful delivery and collection of guest luggage and belongings to and from Guest Rooms, cars and Front Desk.
• Ensure that guest luggage and belongings are stored in a secure, methodical way at all times.
• Escort guests to their rooms as required and explain room features and amenities; ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
• Store and retrieve guest luggage as required or requested in accordance with established procedures.
• Be knowledgeable about the general layout of the rooms and to be able to show and explain room facilities to a guest.
• Cover doormen duties when emergency arises.
• Assist the Concierge Captain in keeping the storeroom clean and tidy especially luggage trolley maintenance.
• Assumes other duties as assigned by the Chief Concierge.
