Key tasks
Receives guest promptly and make them feel welcome by :
Promptly opening the vehicle door and holding the door ajar for the guest to alight from.
Greet the guest courteously, warmly and smile as guest enters.
Welcome and greet guest by :
Meeting all guest on arrival
Assisting guest in unloading their luggage
Showing guest to reception counter
Greeting guest by name when possible
Carries all luggage on check-in by :
Tagging all incoming luggage
Delivering the luggage to the respective rooms
Checking with the guest if explanation of room facilities is needed.
Delivers message to the guest by :
Collecting all messages from the Service Center
Delivering them immediately to the guest
Assisting with luggage on check-out by :
Proceeding to the respective room upon request for assistance
Checking with Front Desk that all outstanding matters have been settled
Transferring all luggage to the vehicle
Bidding the guest farewell and wishing them a pleasant trip.
Obtaining information about the guest destination and informing the taxi driver accordingly, if guest leaving by taxi.
