These roles are for passionate individuals who have a strong desire to perfect their craft, serve quality food and experience that is consistently outstanding and provide a memorable guest experience at all times.

As a Bartender, your primary responsibilities will include:
Creating an attractive atmosphere in Omni bar through service and ambiance
Deliver beverages an meals to our guests across Food & Beverage outlets
Ensure all purchases are processed accurately
Adhering to Responsible Service of Alcohol Legislation
Daily preparation and closing of bar area

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, your primary responsibilities will include:
Being attentive and provide personalised service for all guests and visitors to ensure a memorable experience
General waiting duties and proactive table service, bar service and delivery of food & beverages
Maintaining hygiene and safety in the dining and catering areas
Adhering to Responsible Service of Alcohol Legislation

Bartender Requirements:
Articulate verbal communication
Must have a PASSION for delivering a wonderful experience to all guests.
LCQ Qualification and barista knowledge preferred, including understanding of spirits, beer, and wine.
Previous bar experience
Ability to multitask and to work independently as well as with the team
Attention to details
Capacity to work well under pressure and to strict time lines
Flexibility in Availability

Food and Beverage Attendant Requirements:
Articulate verbal communication
Must have a PASSION for delivering a wonderful experience to all guests.
Previous experience in Food & Beverage service role, preferably in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment
Ability to multitask and to work independently as well as with the team
Attention to details
Capacity to work well under pressure and to strict time lines
