Job description

Key tasks

• Courteously greet the customers and invite them to have a drink
• Advice and inform guests about different drinks that they want to try.
• Take orders to the customers about their preferred drinks.
• Mix and shakes drinks according to the guest’s desire.
• Entertain customer with different exhibitions and flares in bartending.
• Serve ice cold alcoholic and not alcoholic drinks to the customers.
• Prepare the bill to the customer and wait for their payments
Keeping alcoholic drinks on their respective tracks
• Providing Food & Beverage service as per Sofitel Standards
• Ensures 100% guest satisfaction by providing cousu main service to the guest
• Ensures smooth operations by following the managers instructions
• Ensures good teamwork by being flexible and helpful
• Ensure a minimum of breakage and spoilage by handling the Sofitel assets carefully
• Always have “Can do” attitude
Always smile in front of the guest
