Key tasks

Le Sofitel Paris Arc de Triomphe recherche un(e) Barman(aid)/Chef de rang en CDI qui s'occupera principalement du bar.

Les missions sont les suivantes :

- Vous êtes en charge de l'accueil et le placement des clients. Vous les conseiller sur les produits et les services de l’hôtel.
- Vous garantissez la satisfaction client et la qualité constante du service offert
- Vous développez le chiffre d’affaires du point de vente grâce à l’ensemble des techniques apprises lors des formations
- Vous promouvez et vendez de façon attractive la carte des boissons, cocktails et plats
- Vous animez le bar et créez une ambiance chaleureuse
- Vous réalisez les boissons et cocktails et servez les plats
- Vous facturez et encaissez les consommations
- Vous gérez l'approvisionnement du bar
