Job description

Key tasks

• Controls the requisition of beverages and all supplies to maintain par stock for smooth operation.
• Possesses working knowledge of beverages and cocktails.
• Executes the general responsibility necessary to minimize costs in operating the restaurant and achieving sales goals.
• Monitors standard recipes for all beverages.
• Participates in the monthly beverage physical inventory and monitors the activities.
• Ensure all necessary arrangements and preparations are made for normal and special events; coordinates activities with Banquet, Engineering and other departments.
• Conducts/Participates in daily briefings and monthly communication meetings to discuss various aspects of beverage service and preparation.
• Ensure grooming and general appearance of bartenders and cocktail waitresses conforms to Hotel standards.
