Key tasks

Job Description:

Action bar sales upholding responsible service of alcohol at HiSo Bar's Liquor policy and guidelines with a high level of customer service
Collecting glasses
General cleaning duties
Refilling and rotating stock
Answering customer enquiries
Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
Ensuring good communication between day and night staff by accurately reporting on each shift in accordance with requirements
Respond to the needs of patrons, including diffusing and resolving disputes or complaints and filling out incidence reports as and when necessary
Attend briefing and training sessions as required
Handle cash transactions in an efficient and safe manner
Ensure a safe environment for patrons and uphold the HiSO Bars OS&H policies and procedures

Essential and optional requirements

Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
