Key tasks

- To be responsible for serving food and beverage to guests.

- To ensure personalized, courteous and friendly service to all guests in a gracious and professional manner in accordance with management standards/procedures.

- Contributes globally to guest satisfaction through the quality of his/her work and exemplary behaviour

- Responsible for consistently implementing the service standards and operating procedures in the outlet.

- Helps increase bar revenue through his/her sales efforts
