Key tasks

So Duties

Reports to the Restaurant Manager
Responsible for the everyday operation, management, marketing and overall performance of the Xperience Restaurant. He/she will be over-seeing the day-to-day running of the restaurant as well as staffing, service, cost control, achieving maximum revenue and guest satisfaction.
Recruit & Train ambassadors
Ensure guidelines of the food services industry is being followed by all ambassadors
Assist in operations when neccessary
Manage the restaurant to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensuring all ambassadors engage guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations.
