Job description
Key tasks
• Create and implement SOP for reservations department
• Ensure reservations standards of Novotel are implemented
• To coordinate with Events and Sales team for all group reservations.
• Take responsibility for the compilation and execution of action plans as agreed with the Revenue Manager
• Set department results and activity targets
• Should have the ability to understand global and local market trends and accordingly maximize the revenue of the Hotel
• Plan & prepare monthly reports, forecasts and other relevant reports.
• Maintain and update corporate database, entering guest bookings to ensure guest information/records are kept up to date and accurate for future events.
