* Ensuring our Guests are Welcomed into the hotel in a friendly and warm manner
* Develops talents motivation and team spirit to ensure they feel valued and sparked
* Helps employees improve their skills and provides support for career development,
* Efficiently runs in co-operation with the Front office Manager the Front office and Reservations department
* Handles guest complaints if they have not been dealt with by team members and provides a rapid solution,
