Key tasks

Assists the Executive Housekeeper in directing, controlling and co-ordinate overall activities of the Housekeeping Department.
Responsible and accountable for maintaining the highest standard of room and public area cleanliness and appearance, guest service as well as engendering team spirit and motivation in all staff.
Directs and controls all subordinate housekeeping team to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met.
