Job description

Key tasks

- Manage Websites, Social Media and EDM communications
- Acquire new customers using tactics such as PPC, SEO and social media
- Answer online comments from customers
- Drive lead generation, acquisition for hotel microsite and improve user experience
- Digital content creation, responsible for the update of various digital channels
- Ensure the content of the hotel’s brand and microsite sites are up to date and fully optimised
- Ensure a smooth and efficient implementation of digital marketing campaigns
- Increase customer transactions, to support the hotel and increase recognition of the brand online
- Assist in marketing communications related activities

Essential and optional requirements

- 3 – 5 years experience in similar capacity in hospitality industry
- Degree or Diploma holder in Marketing or Communications
- Good understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
- Experience in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media
- Good understanding of Google Analytics
- Pro-active with a passion for digital
- Proficient in spoken Cantonese; Good standard of verbal and written communications skills in English and Chinese
- Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator and Photoshop is a must
