Key tasks

Ensure brand standard is strictly followed and implemented.
Ensure effective communications within own department and with other management.
Be able to motivate team members and push for result.
Ensure safe operation of all equipments and facilities in the hotel.
Strong technical skills in all Engineering areas.
Strong controls on energy saving in hotel area.
Maintain high standard of guestroom equipment, efficiency, cost control etc.
Assist Chief Engineer to take charge of the repair and preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical service, general building grounds.
