Le Sofitel Paris Arc de Triomphe recherche un(e) apprenti(e) réceptionniste à compter du mois de septembre 2017.

Vos principales missions sont les suivantes:

Vous êtes garant(e) du bon déroulement du séjour des clients dans notre hôtel.
Vous organisez l’accueil et prenez en charge les clients avec votre équipe.
Vous contribuez à la réalisation des objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs de votre service.
Vous faites vivre les projets et points d’identité de la marque et du Groupe..
