Key tasks

Au sein d'une brigade de 20 personnes, vous assistez l'équipe Cuisine dans la réalisation des plats.

Vous assurez le service pour le restaurant BLOSSOM (60 couverts), le Bar du Faubourg (30 couverts), les terrasses, le Room service et les Banquets.

Essential and optional requirements

Vous avez déjà une expérience réussie en Cuisine dans un restaurant haut de gamme, orienté(e) vers la satisfaction de la clientèle et la qualité, passionné(e) par la haute gastronomie, goût pour l'excellence.

Vous préparez un BTS Hôtellerie Restauration Option B ou une 3ème année de BAC PRO en apprentissage.

Poste à pourvoir à partir d'août 2018.
