L’Hotel Ibis Milano Fiera ricerca n° 1 Addetto Polivalente Sala/Cucina (m/f) per inserimento in funzioni di Cameriere sala / Prime colazioni / Bar / Ristorante / Cucina, nell'ottica di far acquisire una multicompetenza nel lavoro.
L'offerta è rivolta a ragazzi/e senza esperienza lavorativa nel settore Alberghiero ma con il desiderio e la motivazione d'imparare un lavoro che può aprire le porte nel mondo Accor e non solo.
Cerchiamo figure estremamente positive, motivate, flessibili, con grande dedizione al lavoro e che sappiano mettersi continuamente in gioco adattandosi a tutte le situazioni dell’hotel e alle richieste dei nostri clienti.
E' necessaria la buona conoscenza di una lingua straniera e sarà titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera. L' hotel non fornisce alloggio.

Tra le principali mansioni richieste:

- Serve gli ospiti (prepara la sala, fornisce il servizio di cameriere) nel punto vendita, in linea con il concetto di F&B (ristorante, colazione, bar e cucina).
- Fornisce un elevato standard di servizio sia in termini di benvenuto che di servizio al tavolo.
- Offre un'accoglienza amichevole e personalizzata per gli ospiti.
- Offre un servizio attento e si adatta a qualsiasi vincolo che gli ospiti possano avere.
- Risponde a qualsiasi osservazione fatta dagli ospiti, offrendo consigli e favorendo la fedeltà dei clienti.
- Promuove l'offerta F&B.
- È attento alle richieste degli ospiti e li rispetta.
- Aiuta a fidelizzare i clienti attraverso l'elevato standard di servizio.
- Provvede alla preparazione di piatti previsti dalla carta ristorativa.
- Gestisce il bar aperto 24h/7.

The Ibis Milano Fiera hotel looks for no. 1 Multi-purpose Room / Kitchen Attendant (m/f) to be used as a Waiter for Breakfast / Bar / Restaurant / Kitchen, with the aim of achieving a multi-faceted work experience.
The offer is aimed at young people with no work experience in the Hotel sector but with the desire and the motivation to learn a job that can open the doors in the Accor world and beyond.
We are looking for extremely positive, motivated, flexible, with great dedication to work and who are able to continually put themselves on the line by adapting to all the hotel situations and to the requests of our customers.
A good knowledge of a foreign language is necessary and the knowledge of a second foreign language will be preferential. The hotel does not provide accommodation.

Among the main tasks required:

- Serves guests (prepares the dining room, provides waiter service) in the point of sale, in line with the F&B concept (restaurant, breakfast, bar and kitchen).
- Provides a high standard of service both in terms of welcome and waiter service.
- Provides a friendly and personalised welcome for guests.
- Offers attentive service and adapts to any constraints guests may have.
- Heeds any remarks made by guests, offering advice and fostering customer loyalty.
- Promotes the F&B offer.
- Is attentive to guests' requests and respects them.
- Helps gain customer loyalty through the high standard of service.
- Provides the preparation of dishes provided by the restaurant card.
- Manages the bar open 24h/7.
