Roles and Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, candidates or new joiners as soon as they arrive at the office;
- Direct clients, candidates or new joiners to the appropriate person and office;
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls;
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email;
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (visitor badges);
- Support the Secretariat team.
Ideal candidate profile
Education – Professional Qualification or bachelor's degree;
Previous experience – Professional experience in customer service, or in administrative tasks;
Work Requirements – Strong English skills.
