Advanced Technology and Architecture is a high performing team to be in! We focus on client adoption of disruptive technologies, technology architecture and providing specialized skills related to integration, custom software engineering, testing, application modernization, agile and more. You will have many opportunities to be involved in helping clients with the most complex, challenging projects including working in open web platforms to bring together best of breed open source technology, DevOps platforms to bring together a collection of open source tools for developing, deploying and managing applications, Intelligent Computing and Architecture enhancement.

WORK YOU'LL DO

The Web/Single Page Application Developer level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

· Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
· Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.
· Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.
· Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.
· Decisions often impact the team in which they reside.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities: Identifies, assesses and solves business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of variable factors. Closely follows the strategic direction set by management when establishing near term goals. Acts with the project to determine methods and procedures on new assignments

Desired profile

Qualifications :

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?

3+ years of experience in any of the following languages or technologies: Java/J2EE, Scala, Groovy, Ruby, PHP, Python, JavaScript (or a language mentioned below)

·  2+ years of application design and development experience in one or more of the following areas:

Ø Responsive Design / HTML5 with experience in one of the following technologies – Backbone.js, AngularJS, Ember.js, Bootstrap

Ø JVM-based languages and frameworks with experience in one of the following technologies – Grails, Play Framework

Ø Functional Languages with experience in one of the following technologies – Scheme, Lisp, Haskell, Clojure, Scala, Erlang

Ø Rapid development Web framework – Ruby on Rails, Django, Symfony, Laravel, Node.js (Express, Koa, etc)

Preferred/Optional Skills:

·  Installation, configuration and development including work within a production environment
·  Experience designing and developing applications in an event-oriented, asynchronous fashion

Security Clearance Eligibility an asset.

·  Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
·  Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Desire to work in an information systems environment
·  Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
·  Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
·  Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
