Your impact?

As Intelligent Grid Operations Consultant you are involved in the most important developments and transformations at our clients in the Utility industry and the translation of these developments into ICT solutions. You advize and implement at top global companies within the Utilities, Chemicals and Energy industries. You help customers improve performance by applying in particular Industrial Control Systems such as DMS, EMS and OMS. Based on your affinity with operational processes, technology and knowledge of different industries, you deliver concrete results in close collaboration with your Accenture project team. With the help of innovative solutions in the field of control rooms and operational planning you are continuously working on the intersection of Business, IT and Process automation.

Typical projects consist of designing and implementing solutions at the heart of the operation of our clients - their control rooms and operational planning department. You work within the full breadth of Business & IT delivery and ensure value creation in the project. You are involved in matters such as process design, determining IT architectures, organizing design workshops and supervising development and implementation processes. You bring knowledge from Utilities and Energy to Chemicals and know the relative strength of different technologies, such as ABB, Siemens, Schneider Electric, General Electric, etc

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Your background ?

• Completed academic education, preferably technical, economic or business background; electrotechnical knowledge is a prerequisite

• At least 2 years work experience and knowledge building with regard to control rooms, maintenance planning, or field operation environment

• Experience with project-based work and / or consultancy experience;

• Knowledge of relevant DMS / EMS / OMS software packages, such as from suppliers ABB, Siemens, Alstom, Schneider Electric (Telvent) or GE, and experience with their implementation.

• Good command of the Dutch and English language
