Business Process Specialization professionals apply expertise in a specific business process delivery capability (or capabilities) to ensure services are delivered in a manner consistent with our Standard Delivery Solutions and Service Level Agreements and drive continuous improvement.

The Travel and Expense (T E) Processor monitors and processes the expense reports received. The role also performs initial review functions to verify adequacy of supporting documents prior to processing, consistent with client s policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

· Monitors and processes the expense reports received
· Performs initial review functions to verify adequacy of supporting documents prior to processing, consistent with client s policies and procedures
· Resolves supporting documentation issues by communicating to the appropriate channels
· Releases continue processing those on hold reports when issues are resolved
· Performs analysis and calculates related taxes then makes journal entries for the received manual expense reports
· Establishes and maintains operation procedures that effectively monitors expense policy compliance
· Monitor sand reports on the late submission of expense documentation
· Validates the approval levels and signatories on the expense report
· Escalates missing supporting documents and assists in resolving escalated issues
· Performs statistical sample audits
· Prepares necessary reports in connection with the expenses
· Manages Accenture processes and user system access in compliance with the client's security access policies and local country data privacy requirements.
· Develops working relationships with counter-parts partner to ensure rapid research and response times
· Performs special projects as assigned by Team Leader or Manager Client industry
· Manages special projects to include but not limited to working directly with special project team's in assessing existing time and expense processes, develops and implements new processes. Develops job aids and manages documentation of new time and expense processes, as well as, train new time and expense team members
· Acts as workflow coordinator
· Serves as subject matter expert for the team including supporting training, quality reviews, metric reviews, as needed

Qualifications :


Basic Qualifications:
·  Minimum one year experience with travel and expense processes
·  Minimum one year MS Office skills
Preferred Qualifications:
·  Bachelor's degree in business or related field
·  Client industry experience a plus

Professional Skill Requirements:

·  Written and spoken ability to communicate in English for Accenture interaction
·  Must be a good team player and be able to communicate easily with Accenture, Client and third parties staff at all levels
·  Responsibility and accuracy in the completion of received tasks
·  Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure
·  Ability to impose a proactive spirit in the team
·  Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks thinking outside the box is a plus
