Job Description

o To assist the purchasing team on different purchasing categories.

o Analysis of statistical data.

o Preparation of negotiations.

o Respond to information requests by searching, summarizing research results and

compiling in requested format; escalate to supervisor as appropriate

o File, archive and retrieve documents (paper-based and electronic) using filing standards

o Proofreading or drafting contracts based on existing models as well as the expertise of

buyers and the legal department.

o Updating reporting tools.

o Monitoring of some supplier performance indicators or more generally of performance

indicators Purchases.

o Good relationship with our internal customers.

o Management of complete purchasing records under supervision

o Administrative Tasks: Scanning, Minutes Taking, Dispatching

The apprentice can also intervene in the management of various purchasing families (HR, Marketing, General Services, etc.) through data consolidation and analysis, benchmarking, launching consultations or Tenders.

Qualifications :

Educational Background

Bachelor in Commerce/Business/Finance/Law/Supply Chain will be plus

Professional Skills Requirements

-Work in an advisory environment within multidisciplinary and international team -Good English and French

-Have a good command of Microsoft Office.
