COMMERCIAL STRATEGY ASSOCIATE MANAGER

The successful Commercial Strategy Associate Manager will be working within the Product and Services team at The Dock to help identify and engage with target clients for new Accenture products and services.

The role will also involve strategy development and business model innovation in bringing new Accenture products & services to market. This role requires energy, creativity, an entrepreneurial spirit and a comfort working through open-ended, ambiguous problems.

REQUIRED SKILLSET:

• Validated experience in critically assessing new opportunities through client pain point identification, value proposition development and client sales pipeline identification

• Ability to originate new opportunities and demonstrated experience in lead generation and opportunity shaping

• Experience in developing relationships with key decision-makers at new and/or existing clients

• Experience in bringing project proposals to gain alignment with internal stakeholders

• Ability to interact with senior management levels at a client and/or internally, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters

• Ability to develop robust commercial models for new business products & services to ensure the commercial viability of new products & services

• Ability to synthesize findings and summarize a broad range of data inputs (e.g. industry & market trends, competitor dynamics, startup ecosystem investments and current events) into frameworks that enable clear communication of data and insights

• Proven track record of driving collaboration and stakeholder engagement across business functions.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, work with schedules, manage resources while focusing on team goals

• Proactive in approach, self-starter and requires minimum supervision

• Ability to work with cross functional and cross geography team

Qualifications :

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• 3-5 years' experience in either; sales management, commercial/ business strategy or product marketing management

• Familiarity of bringing new products, services and assets to market

• Minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree, or equivalent

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets (tech and/or enterprise sales preferred).

• Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort in front of large and small audiences.

• Able to thrive in a start-up environment - you move quickly, think strategically, and are superb at tactical execution
