Job description

This role is part of the HR Information Architecture Operations organization under HR Information, Analytics Insights. The Core HR Global Lead User s is are currently responsible in collaboration with CIO APM for the day to day Global operational support and enhancement for SAP HR SAP Business Reporting ERM. Note As part of Project Starling, Accenture intends to move it s corporate system of record for core HR information to Workday. Applicants with experience of Workday Core HR transactions are also encouraged Responsibilities include, but not limited to functional support, issue managment,SIR investigation, creation, enhancement requests, security requests, quarterly SAP releases testing, cutover, and stabilization. In this capacity, the Core HR Global Lead User acts as escalation POC for geographic Core HR Lead Users as defined within the OSE tiered support model responding to complex functional requests raised within Accenture Support. As such, the Core HR Global Lead User must maintain strong, two way communication with the geographic SAP Lead Users through multiple channels support tickets, emails, calls, formal communications, SharePoint etc .
