For our Candidate Sourcing Team, Accenture is looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist. You play an important part in finding technology specialists who will make Accenture grow and be successful. You are the sparring partner of our Recruiters and Hiring Managers. Together with the Recruiter, you are responsible for the right sourcing strategy to fulfill the open positions.You use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, jobboards, and our database.

An important part of the role is to further professionalize direct sourcing, and you participate actively in optimizing search techniques, workflows and (candidate) communication. You make sure that Accenture keeps innovating in the way we approach passive candidates and that we are seen as an interesting company to work.

Place in the organization

Together with your colleagues, you will work from our office in Heerlen. You report to the Recruitment Sourcing Lead BeNeLux, France and Mauritius and you work together with the sourcing- and recruiting team that consists of 20 recruitment professionals. For meetings it will be possible that you have to travel our Accenture office in Amsterdam or Brussels.

The Candidate Sourcing team and the Recruitment team are part of the Corporate Functions organization. Corporate Functions supports and manages our organization's activities by providing shared corporate services, such as Finance, HR and Recruitment, Legal, Procurement, Facilities & Services, and Marketing & Communications.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications

·  You have successfully obtained a relevant Bachelor or Master degree;
·  You have recruiting or sourcing experience through an internship or within your first job;
·  Some IT Recruitment knowledge is preferred;
·  You get energized by building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders;
·  Team player with excellent communication skills;
·  Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory);
·  High level of independence and motivation/drive;
·  Eager to learn;
