As an Project and Service Management professional within Accenture you will operate as a Program or Project Lead in a business or systems delivery client facing environment. This role is largely comprised of shaping and driving a programs and projects to completion and management of stakeholders involved across multiple diverse groups. You are skilled in delivery approaches and methods, and the supporting development. Your knowledge and experience will allow you to implement or improve IT Service delivery methodologies and processes, while helping clients on their business transformation and supporting the implementation.
・Act as the management person in the Project team, overseeing large scale System Implementation and Integration
・manage and drive a project from initiation stage to close (quality management, cost management, schedule management, resource management, scope management).
・Create system proposals and estimate budget.
・Interfacing with the client organization on technical issues or solution designs
・Collaborate extensively in the Project team as well as other functions in the organization.

・Business Level of Japanese is required. (JLPT Level 1 is preferred)
・Have one or more relevant certifications of project management, e.g. P2M, PMC, PMS, PMP, PMI.
・Minimum 5 years of project management / PMO experience.
・Minimum 3 years of delivery experience (system development, system maintenance, system operation)
・TOEIC score: 750 or higher
・5 years of client facing experience
