Job Description

SAP professionals design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. Maintain skills in SAP applications process design and configuration; SAP application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and SAP application technical architecture.

SAP-Upstream Oil and Gas professionals design, implement and deploy the various SAP module solutions for Joint Venture Accounting, Upstream Operations Management, Plant Maintenance, Finance and Accounting, Production Accounting, Revenue Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, and other associated product modules in support of the Upstream Oil and Gas Application Architecture Ecosystem. This work includes the processes, solutions, and required documentation that comprises the Upstream solutions Accenture offers.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
· Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for an area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
· Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals. Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
· Has some latitude in decision-making.
· Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
· Decisions have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility.
· Manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
· Decomposes key business problems to identify value areas and structure and implement complex technology solutions for the client
· Creates innovative and differentiated offerings, staying relevant and in sync with market demand
· Delivers advisory services in support of technology enabled business change, e.g.: package & third-party integrator selection, vendor selection, application studies, solution architecture studies and/or program diagnostics and recovery.
· Delivers advisory services to the IT function: CIO/CTO/CDO
· Grows market share by leveraging relationships, winning work, and being integral to delivery of consulting engagements
· Sells on an individual basis or as a part of a team

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

·  10 years experience within the upstream oil and gas industry as a deep expert, innovator and/or thought leader in joint venture or revenue accounting
·  3 years experience implementing SAP upstream oil and gas modules – JVA, PRA, UOM, etc…
·  Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications
·  Experience providing deep expertise through sales process and client delivery in driving asset innovation and thought leadership in Upstream Oil & Gas
·  Experience with SAP finance, plant maintenance, procurement, supply chain, or other modules is a plus
·  Product or process owner within upstream software or business processes
·  Responsible for sales targets or business KPIs
·  Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
·  Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
·  Desire to work in a consulting environment
·  Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
