Qualifications :

Currently, Accenture is looking for a SAP CRM Expert based in Madrid.

Key responsibilities:
·  Participate in the delivery process related to Engagements for implementing SAP CRM
·  Mentor and develop knowledge across a delivery team about the solution.
·  Participate in assessment of clients that are prospects to implementing SAP CRM

Requirements
·  3 to 5 years of relevant, hands-on experience in the SAP CRM either in a consulting role or as part of a leading company in the Sales, Marketing or Services industry.
·  Experiences in implementation projects, requirements taking, SAP CRM configurations, testing and start-up support
·  Knowledge about the following SAP CRM processes:
·  Product/Material Management and Configuration
·  Experience and skills on training people
·  Good written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organizational levels
·  Fluent in English
·  SAP CRM Trade Promotion Managment skill is desirable.
