Job description
This Job Role includes control of the SAP systems with the recommendations/requirements of SAP AG and the Customer. For a general overview of the environment and responsibility use the BHB. Customization is the responsibility of the Customer.
General Activities :
· Problem and Change handling on the SAP systems ABAP based
· Problem and Change handling on the SAP systems Java based
· For base monitoring 24/7 involved for 1st level support
· Fine tuning Monitoring Tool(s)
· Stopping / starting SAP on customer request
· Printer management on SAP level (involving midrange if needed for OS part)
· Scheduling SAP Standard jobs
· Handling Transports/Transport routes
· Create / Alter / Lock / Unlock User on customer request
· Configuring SAP on customer request or in case of problem
· Saprouter/ OSS Connection maintenance on customer request
· Initial failure diagnosis and escalation to the customer and SAP AG as necessary
· Other support in the event of SAP Basis problems
· Handling Interfaces to the SAP systems Additional Benefits:
