The role:

· Lead the talent acquisition process for Atos Bulgaria Competency Center;
· Work together with the hiring managers to define a successful recruiting approach for each open position;
· Prepare recruitment materials; post and advertise jobs using various channels;
· Do proactive search for potential successful profiles;
· Schedule interviews and conduct them together with Hiring managers, providing the best candidate experience;
· Extend job offers to the successful candidates;
· Manage follow-up with applicants and ensure proper and timely feedback is provided;
· Manage ATTRACT - the Applicant Tracking System (Success Factors);
· Coordinate and implement “Internal First” and “Graduate Hiring” initiatives;
· Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of the recruiting approach;
· Keep up to date and apply talent acquisition best practices;
· Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the HR Manager;
· Implement overall strategy for career fairs participation and university recruiting initiatives.

The successful profile:

· University degree in Human Resources Management or other applicable field or acquired equivalent practical knowledge;
· Proven work experience in HR, ideally focused on technical recruitment;
· Positive and enthusiastic personality
· Proactive, self-organized person who is able to multi-task and prioritize;
· Ability to work with high volumes of confidential information in a professional manner;
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
· Fluent level of English and Bulgarian languages;
· Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally Success Factors);
· Experience using office productivity software tools like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
