Job Description

The Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Solutions Architect takes ownership of technology-related aspects of RPA implementations as part of a client sales process, mobilization, internal initiative or other special program within Accenture Technologies. Following Accenture methodologies and industry best practices, this role will be accountable for recommending appropriate technology solutions and delivering architectural and technical solution designs and client proposals. These goals will be achieved leveraging our global network, working together and openly sharing ideas, knowledge and resources.

Responsibilities:

· Develop technical solution of Robotics Process.
· Responsible for design, development, testing and implementation of RPA bot's that will interact with multiple third party applications.
· Identify opportunities for improvement in existing process and automate the process using RPA software.
· Fine tune performance and operation issues that arise with RPA Bots.
· Provide on-going operational support including upgrades, defect fixes and any Process change activities.
· Function as integrators between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients' business needs.
· Defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation.
· Works with other Solution Architects and client personnel to understand requirements and define according solution
· Client-facing and focused on understanding client context / requirements, and translate into solution model inputs for Sales Support team.
· Lead / support high level discovery as part of pre-sales activities (client point of view on processes, their complexity, potential, and Pilot candidates)
· Drive Request for proposal (RFP) responses, present solution in presentations, performing due diligence – as needed on client site
· Drives or supports creation of solution approval deck and other solution documentation together with Sales Support Team

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements:

·  A minimum of 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: IT infrastructure, RPA, network technologies, application authentication / authorization and virtual server / desktop environment.
·  A minimum of 1 year of experience with Solution Planning / Deal Shaping
·  Experience in Robotic Process Automation design and architecture of enterprise level applications involving multiple systems, sub systems, and ERPs
·  Strong understanding of Robotic products infrastructure and sizing, nuances associated with UI automation with various IT landscapes.
·  Experience in defining the architecture of enterprise level applications involving multiple systems, sub-systems and ERPs.
·  Experience front-ending client-facing discussions and interfacing with Client Business, IT and Architecture teams
·  Deep knowledge of industry leading automation products capabilities and technical requirements
·  Certified in Robotics Process Automation Products and Technical Architecture Design
·  Process documentation and / or process training experience
·  Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
·  Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
·  Excellent leadership and management skills
·  Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
