Corporate Functions – Marketing & Communications

As part of this team, you'll play a key role in helping Accenture execute its strategy. You'll work with a diverse team of innovative marketing experts who focus on the following areas: global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; internet marketing; recruitment marketing; clientcentric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns.

YOUR ROLE: Recruitment & Corporate Marketing Analytics

JOB DESCRIPTION

​Responsible for executing analytics initiatives to generate actionable insights with a focus on Recruitment and Corporate Marketing. This includes measuring and optimizing for marketing channel effectiveness and business impact, analyzing and synthesizing insights for key stakeholders as well as working cross functionally to implement findings, educating teams on measurement strategy and reporting tools and identifying ways to enhance said tools on behalf of your Recruitment and Corporate Marketing colleagues

· Support analytics initiatives for the Recruitment & Corporate Marketing teams
· Aggregate and analyze multi-channel data to develop actionable insights on talent engagement with marketing touchpoints to optimize marketing messages and channel strategy
· Inform and educate teams on M&C measurement strategy, KPIs and reporting tools as well as developing ways to evolve tools to meet their needs (where relevant)
· Connect digital cross channel analytics with CRM/application related data to deliver closed loop reporting around the end-to-end candidate journey
· Measure the impact of our Corporate Marketing initiatives in reaching and engaging our key audience segments of clients, employees and recruits
· Leverage audience segmentation, quantitative analysis and data mining to understand talent journey and develop relevant, personalized experiences
· Partner closely with relevant HR/Recruiting, CIO and Campaign Operations teams (where relevant) as part of a collaborative measurement process to understand data collection points and usage across different systems leveraged by these groups

·  5-7+ years analytics experience
·  B2B or recruitment marketing analytics a plus
