Job Description:

Serve as a project manager on multiple projects in BET's Matrix organization. Manage project teams of developers, business analysts, and architects to deliver projects using the software delivery lifecycle. Create relationships with the business community and guide user and task analysis to maintain the business community's perspective. Oversee product functional requirements and use cases, and delivery of Requirements Traceability Matrix. Works closely with the Business Process Architect and other planners to define and manage scope within BET within BET and cross organization. Identify, monitor, and escalate project issues and risks as needed. Serve as Administrative Lead for BET resources including performance reviews, timesheet management, and participation in interviewing process for future candidates.

·  Scope Management - 2 Years' experience and or exposure
·  Customer service/Client interaction 3+ Years' experience and or exposure
·  Workplan Management - 2 Years' experience and or exposure
·  Resource Management - 2 Years' experience and or exposure
·  Change Management - 2 Years' experience and or exposure
