Here's how you'll make a difference

· Colleagues at all levels can count on your advice on successful recruiting and sourcing strategies
· From identifying, approaching and assessing suitable candidates to joining interviews and ensuring effective onboarding processes – you'll be responsible for the whole offering process
· Monitoring recruiting processes and mapping them in current and future systems, will also be part of your versatile role

·  University degree, ideally combined with first recruiting experience
·  Track record in the fields of active sourcing and talent communities
·  Open-minded personality with high customer-orientation and willing to take on responsibility
·  Excellent English language skills
