Job Description:

The New York Executive Support Supervisor is accountable for delivery of executive support services for the New York metro location. They will implement Workplace Executive Support Services strategic direction and vision as well as manage their respective team and ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds appropriate service level objectives. This includes the following key responsibilities.

· Set strategic direction and vision for Executives Support Services within the New York metro location
· Provide leadership, direction, development and employee supervision for Executive Support Analysts (including succession planning and people development strategy)
· Define performance metrics and monitor performance against the strategy and revise/update strategies as appropriate
· Use judgment to anticipate customer service needs, resolve non-routine issues and take action accordingly.
· Identify and analyze trends of concepts/technologies impacting the Executive Support team members, capabilities and specialties
· Design and manage new or changes to, existing operating models, technologies and business applications to continually support Accenture's Workplace Solutions strategy
· Set and enforce policies and service standards, ensuring appropriate corporate control and local business relevance
· Ensure the delivery of services is in line with predefined standards.
· Review strategic service model options as appropriate
· Influence relevant leadership and/or stakeholders to take action in line with the strategic direction of Workplace Solutions
· Account for the integrity of key human resources processes including career development, salary reviews, recruitment processes and performance management

This role will be located at the Accenture New York 1345 Ave of Americas Corporate Office

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:
·  HS Diploma
·  Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience
·  Minimum of 5 years of executive support experience
·  Minimum of 2 years of management experience
Preferred Qualifications:

·  Bachelor's Degree
·  Previous experience leading teams and providing supervision
·  Experience executing multiple priorities simultaneously
·  Hospitality experience
·  Experience interacting with high level executives
·  Appropriate technical skills (familiarity with MS Office Suite and demonstration of ability to learn new platforms/technologies)
·  Experience maintaining vendor relationships
·  Knowledge of executive support and a base knowledge of office operations and service delivery
·  Experience with performance management and developing talent
·  Previous experience providing executive support and/or operations/facilities experience
·  Experience reviewing and procuring vendor contracts
