Master Data Associate with French

Job description

Main responsibilities:

- Collecting contracts from partners;

- Master Data Collection;

- Extracting key contract conditions;

- Setup of key conditions in the Billing Tool;

- Receive proposals from individual suppliers for goods or services;

- Verify if requisition is accurate and contains updated requirements and information per agreement;

- Provide telephone and email support;

- Interface directly with clients;

- Propose KPIs to follow-up contract actuals (volumes, revenues, profitability);

- Participate to testing phase to confirm accuracy of billing settings in the ERP;

- Document job aids for BPO teams in charge of PTP / OTC / Controlling and hand-over the procedure;

- Assist BPO teams when issues / 3rd party queries are escalated;

- Be proactive for workaround solutions in case billing process can't be fully automated in the ERP.

Qualifications :

- You are fluent in German & English;
- You are familiar with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook;
