Job description

Accenture Direct Team provides marketing, event support and media monitoring to Accenture Marketing & Communications (M&C) globally. Accenture Direct ASG manage requests from vendors and clients by phone and through Accenture.com, pre-qualifying and tracking new business leads through the sales cycle. Supporting and working with the M&C teams in Austria, Switzerland and Germany on key client business events and conferences as well as database management, response management, campaign management, communications, and general marketing projects.

Role & Responsibilities
· New Business Leads & Service Requests:
· Pre-qualify and track new business leads through the Accenture sales cycle. Document details of all customer interactions in Siebel / CRM Tool.
· Work with M&C / Client Account teams to ensure leads are followed up & responded to.
· Inbound phone lines in French
· Reporting – quarterly and ad hoc as required.
· MMS - Salesforce:
· Create & manage ASG marketing campaigns, consolidate and prepare client invite & audience email lists, create & update contact records, campaign status reporting, ongoing management and monitoring of campaigns
· Ensure data quality and integrity in MMS (Manage my Sales), and adherence to key dates and actions.
· Event Support:
· Create and consolidate client and audience lists for ASG events and programs, supporting local M&C teams
· Communications including shared mailbox management, email invitations, internal communications.
· Database management (Excel / SharePoint) – RSVP & response management.
· General / Marketing Support:
· General marketing and project support, as required.
· Learn and maintain a good knowledge of Accenture's organization and primary offerings

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications, Experience and Skills
·  Fluency in French (C1/native) and English
·  Knowledge and experience in MMS / Salesforce or similar CRM tools & databases
·  Knowledge and experience of Siebel or similar tool, an advantage
·  Proven and strong database management & MS Office skills – especially Excel
·  Strong communication and organizational skills
·  Excellent attention to detail with a strong sense of personal accountability and ability to work independently
·  Proactive with a focus on ideas and innovation
·  Adaptable with good technical know-how, to easily navigate, understand & use new tools, processes etc.
·  Bachelor's degree with focus on marketing or related job experience (customer service, marketing & communications, event management)
