Meet the Customerr Goods & Services Team
As a CG&S professional in the Capability Network, you'll work in areas such as Digital Marketing, business process design and optimization, CRM optimization . You'll use your Pharmaceutical expertise to improve operations, solve complex problems and streamline processes in this sector. You'll implement exciting new programs, and employ state-of-the-art methodologies to bring value to top Pharmaceuticel clients across the world.

YOUR ROLE
Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as a CG&S Analyst/Consultant , a typical day might include:

· Setting up digital marketing services and mobilizing them
· Participating in the design and delivery of digital strategies in the areas of Campaign Management, Social Media Strategy/Assessment, Search Engine Marketing, Multi-Channel Marketing/Design, Digital Operating Model,
· Supporting the design of new CRM tools leveraging deep industry expertise and process knowledge
· Supporting CRM implementations for top Pharmaceutical companies
· Designing and delivering Change Management & Training strategies
· Providing industry expertise in various sub-segments of Pharma sector

Desired profile

Qualifications :


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
·  Minimum bachelor's degree
·  2+ years' experience within Consulting (preferred) and/or other industry (Media Agencies with exp within Pharma) experience
·  Depending on your experience you will be considered for Analyst or Consultant position
·  Experience in international context servicing clients or worked internationally in FMCG industry, mostly in at least 2 of below fields:
·  Web Based Solutions for Pharma marketing
·  Portal design / web strategy / online marketing
·  Multi-Channel Marketing
·  Brand Management
·  Social Media Strategy/Analytics
·  Search Engine Marketing/Search Engine Optimization
·  Operating Model Design
·  Digital and Mobility Solutions
·  Sales Force Efficiency
·  Consulting and/or project delivery experience - preferred
·  Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) is required
·  Good level of the other foreign (EU) language e.g. German, Italian, French, Spanish would be strong asset
·  Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications competencies
·  Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
·  Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
·  Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented and distributed delivery environment
·  Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

WORKING CONDITIONS:
·  Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work.
·  Willing to travel c.a. 50% (annual) of time and could be less or more. Travel is required - typically full time weekly schedule Monday to Friday on client location abroad with fly-backs for a weekend to home location (Poland). Flexible - Remote work is an option and it is depending on the assignment and project arrangement.
