Job description

Are you graduating as a Master of Science and looking for innovative, relevant topics related to Business & Change Agility, Workforce Transformation, HR and/or Learning for your Master thesis? Interested in working in an international team within a global organization where digital is key and environments change continuously?

Do you have the strong analytical and communications skills to conduct relevant and innovative research and communicate the acquired insights to make an impact for our clients?

We would like you to be committed to research relevant HR, Talent-, Organization- and Change Management topics. You should be enthusiastic about linking academic theory and consulting practice to unlock human potential, creating real insights and realizing value for clients through measurable results, helping them to become future-proof organizations.

Additionally, you will be invited to organize workshops for relevant clients based on your conducted research to share your insights and amplify your impact, publish knowledge-sharing articles for Accenture, and/or become part of our insights conference with clients and speakers from practice and academia.

As a Talent & Organization Research intern you will work closely with one of our T&O practitioners on your research and you will have the knowledge and expertise of our global network at your disposal. You will be part of our community of ~75 T&O practitioners with common goals to move Accenture forward in the next chapter of growth. T&O is one of the 6 Functional practices in Strategy & Consulting.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Your background

·  Graduating in a relevant Master of Science programme within the next 12 months (e.g. Organizational Psychology, Management, Change Management, HR etc.)
·  Fluent in English and preferably Dutch, both spoken and written
·  A team player with strong analytical, social and communications skills
·  Ambitious and proactive, as proven by additional activities alongside your studies (e.g. abroad experience/internships)
·  Affinity and the ambition to grow in Business & Change Agility, Workforce Transformation, HR and/or Learning and Data Fluency.
