You will be part of Accenture Technology which is the biggest division of Accenture. Within Technology, you will thrive in the Workday practice, a team that help clients implement the fastest growing HR SaaS solution on the market.

In the last year Accenture has made proposal for a Workday implementation at several (new) clients. Some of these proposals were won by Accenture and some were not.

The assignment is to analyse Accenture's latest proposals and determine why we did or didn't win, what went well and what could be better to increase Accenture's chances of winning the next deal.

Internship objectives:

• Analyse past proposals

• Create a list of improvements that would increase Accenture win percentage of Workday implementations

Qualifications :

Your background

We are looking for enthusiastic, pro-active students in their final year of a bachelor or Master, preferably in a specialization Sales, Marketing, Social Sciences or Business Administration. You are a team player with excellent communication skills to be working in a diverse team of motivated colleagues. In addition, you're fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written, and are eager to deep dive into Workday HCM.
