Internship- Liquid Studio- Front-end developer

Liquid Studio is reinventing the way browsing is performed. Could you imagine creating an immersive web where you can dive? We are looking for a Node.js FE developer for continuing to develop and improve our website and create new “mindblowing” web experience. Your internship project consists of implementing a portal web following guidelines from our UX/UI designers. We want someone able to think outside of the box to come up with new ideas for an immersive experience for our users. You'll have a lot of freedom and will be able to explore, use and grow your skills.

Your responsibilities are…
· Implementing Front end domain of the website including test cases.
· Integrate Front end with Backend.
· Provide best development practices, creating a responsive portal.
· Create a portal that responds fast to user's requests.
· Communicate constructively with team members to cooperatively build a product suite that delights customers.
· Contribute to team decisions about system architecture and the selection of technical tools.
· Troubleshoot issues as they arise and resolve technical challenges. Understand business concerns and contribute to brainstorming pragmatic options to address them.

Qualifications :

You are
·  Student in Bachelor or Master's degree in software engineering or Computer Science (or related)
·  Funny, team worker.
·  Eager and passionate about developing software
·  Always looking for a new technical challenge and solution
·  Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
·  Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skill
·  Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
·  Fluent in English and/or Dutch

Other Professional Skill Requirements and Qualifications

·  A solid foundation in software programming
·  Web development experience (NodeJS, AngularJS, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS3, JSON, JQuery…)
·  Web testing experience
·  Basic Git skills
