Internship – Learning & Talent Development - Amsterdam

Your impact

During this internship, you will be part of the Learning & Talent Development team within Human Resources for Benelux. This team is responsible for the strategy and facilitation of learning opportunities, career transitions, and onboarding for Accenture employees within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. As an intern, you will be at the center of our team and will be working closely together with the Learning Advisors. You will have great responsibilities across various initiatives. For example, help coordinating programs around Leadership Development, training, coaching, development of learning content and plans, optimizing the communication of learning initiatives, and the monthly Accenture New Joiner Days.

Moreover, we are open to new initiatives and encourage you to pro-actively share your ideas on Learning & (Talent) Development and Transitions.

Do you want to link your own graduation project/thesis to this internship? We will offer you the possibility to spend one day a week on your own research project. Possible ideas for topics could be: Future workforce skills, sustainability of learnings, evaluation of learning programs. You will have access to all knowledge and expertise available within Accenture!

Place in the organization

Corporate Functions supports and manages our organization’s activities by providing shared corporate services, such as Finance, HR and Recruitment, Legal, Procurement, Facilities & Services, and Marketing & Communications.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Your background

We are looking for a proactive, motivated bachelor or master student, preferably in their last year of their study: Human Resources, Learning & Development, Work and Organizational Psychology or related fields. Furthermore, you are fluent in English and Dutch (both spoken and written), have a passion for learning, are a team player, have excellent communication skills, and you can work independently.
