We are expanding the Capability Network Team in Warsaw and we are looking for an experienced and accomplished Insurance professionals.

Working Conditions:
· Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work.
· Willing and ability to work at client's locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term.
· Willing to travel min. 50% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required - typically full time weekly schedule Monday to Friday on client location abroad with fly-backs for a weekend to home location (Poland). Flexible - Remote work is an option and it is depending on the assignment and project arrangement.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements:



· Minimum bachelor's degree

· 2+ years' experience within Consulting (preferred) and/or other industry experience

· Depending on your experience you will be considered for Analyst or Consultant position

· Consulting and/or project delivery experience will be strong asset

· Required area of relevant experience in Non-Life or Life Insurance – one or more from below mentioned scope:

o Business analysis

o Project management from business or IT perspective

o Process optimization and design

o Digital

o Robotics

o Change Management

o Insurance systems development/implementation experience (functional/business analysis, functional requirements setting, tests, IT activities other)

o Contact center development

o Data warehouse, data quality, data management, data migration projects

o Business or IT Architecture development

o Digital solutions development from business or IT perspective

· Shared Service experience would be a strong asset

· Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) is required

· Good level of the EU foreign language e.g. German, Italian, French, Spanish would be a strong asset

· Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications competencies

· Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously

· Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

· Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented and distributed delivery environment

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
