Job Summary:

The Recruiting Sr. Analyst has the responsibility for sourcing high volume hourly roles (manual operators, helpers, drivers, service workers, union admin, part management and admin, etc.) that follow a client automated employment process. They will have direct hiring manager involvement and will partner with the client workforce management and marketing/advertising teams to understand talent forecasts and pipeline. They will work with the Intelligent Recruiting Center for insights and lead data a driven decision making process discussions. They are responsible for ensuring all the service levels are met along with high levels of customer satisfaction from the client stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

· Liaise with Hiring Managers and HRBPs:
· Interacts with hiring managers to understand specific hiring requirements on adhoc hourly hiring demand and fulfillment priorities.
· Understand past sourcing channels, start date schedules and local resource support required to quickly fill positions.
· Develop hiring and sourcing approaches in consultation with the client and Accenture Talent Supply Demand teams. This may include determining and managing the appropriate channels/ media for the most effective solution to meet requirements.
· Demand Posting:
· Use client marketing/advertising partners to automatically post the job requisitions to analyzed channels that have been deemed most effective based on analysis
· Understand current client branding strategies and deploy them consistently across locations.
· Leverage analytics apps and insights from the Accenture Talent Supply / Demand and Analytics teams to more effectively source and advise the client Talent Acquisition CoE
· Manage the various aspects of the Recruitment Process :
· Where needed will manage sourcing, verbal offers, informational interview accommodations or scheduling.
· Disposition candidates throughout the process when not automated and ensure the completion of onboarding forms and background checks.
· Training and on-board new people, particularly during clients' peak period and provide mentoring and leadership
· Achieve Service Levels for Hourly Hiring:
· Monitors Service Levels and key operational metrics such as time to fill, time to hire, quality of hires.
· Operate within and achieve monthly demand fulfillment targets.
· Work with the client hiring managers complete their requisitions and required approvals to enable optimum levels of productivity, quality and capacity utilization
· Liaise with Client Local teams:
· Works within a team of talent supply / demand, forecasting, analytics and process and automation experts to bring innovation as well as talent acquisition predictability to client.
· Review analysis for the various metropolitan areas and client locations.
· Accountable for connecting with client Industrial Engineering, HR and Talent CoE and other client entities on data insights.
· Collaborate with Recruitment Leads across the organization to ensure reusability, consistency and standardization in recruiting and forecasting practices.
· Liaise with Client HR teams:
· Assist in local sourcing events such as job fairs, on site events, online events, or other local events that are deemed necessary by leadership.
· This will require this role not only be able to travel to client locations within their area of responsibility but may also require travel to areas outside their responsibility.

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:
·  Minimum of 2 years recruitment work experience

Preferred Qualifications:
·  Bachelor's degree with a specialization in HR
·  Experience working in large teams and serving clients

Professional Skills Requirements:

·  Excellent Communication Selling Skills
·  Proficient in Written Spoken English or Spanish Bilingual (these are preferred)
·  Able to get work done on time and with high quality
·  Able to achieve and sustain high customer satisfaction from the client
·  Passion to deliver hiring commitments on time and within agreed Service Levels (SL)while operating under optimal levels of Productivity Capacity Utilization
