Desired profile

Qualifications :

Key Skills:
·  8+ years of IT delivery experience
·  5+ years of Agile experience
·  3+ years of Scrum Master experience
·  Required: Certified Scrum Master (CSM); other Agile certifications will have an advantage
·  Must Be Australian Citizen

Preferred Skills:
·  Proven experience operating in Scrum of Scrums / Complex ecosystem
·  In-depth Agile knowledge including experience working with distributed Agile teams
·  Demonstrated focus on Continuous improvement & team maturity
·  Experience with DevOps tooling and/or related processes will have an advantage
