Job description
-Responsibility for processing accounting transactions to ensure that the KPIs related to these activities are achieved;
-Processing internal accounting documents (corrections, reclassifications etc.);
-Controlling the booking of the documents processed in order to assure the accuracy;
-Update processes and procedures as requested by supervisor by incorporating new information;
-Communicating with the supervisor to ensure both contractual and operational KPIs are met (responsibility of delivering data within agreed deadlines);
-Communicating with the client (including other internal departments), clients, vendors, banks or other external parties in relation to processed activities and solving issues;
-Develops good client relationships and good relations with the colleagues (within the project);
-Actively seeks opportunities for Continuous Improvement initiatives in cooperation with Supervisor;
-Takes responsibility for own professional development and growth;
Desired profile
Qualifications :
- Economic studies or experience with accounting system are a plus;
- Advanced Portuguese level:
- Written and spoken ability to communicate in English;
- Availability to work in shifts (13:00-22:00 / 14:00-23:00)
- Residence permit needed for non EU citizens;
- Must be a good team player and be able to communicate easily with Accenture, Client and third parties staff at all levels;
- Responsibility and accuracy (pay attention to details and follow control procedures;)
- Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure;
- Flexibility, especially in periods with high volumes of transactions;
- Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks;
- Excel and Word skills- advanced level;
