Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. Job Specification

Define innovative visualizations for our clients to help them better understand, measure and improve their business outcomes. Key role components include:

· Lead meetings with internal and external clients to understand their Business Process reporting and analytics needs.
· Lead initiative as the primary functional lead integrating business stakeholders, project management and technology teams.
· Introduce and demonstrate common reporting tools to define the project solution blueprint.
· Identify and manage project risks including data integration and delivery dependencies.

Responsibilities

· Design Solution Blueprint to meet business requirements
· Present Solution Blueprint and Metric requirements to Stakeholders for approvals
· Conduct product trainings and demos to end users
· Create prototype using visualization tools and/or PowerPoint
· Work on initial stages of deal transition and/or change requests analysis
· Prepare Functional Design & Config. workbooks for providing requirements to technical teams.
· Take responsibility for own professional development and growth
· Actively seek opportunities to initiate continuous improvement initiatives.
· Support our factory and SQE teams to validate the solution calculations and visualizations
· Support alignment to enterprise common toolset in various organizations including data security and privacy reviews, application architect reviews and network scanning assessments.

·  Project Management. Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects concurrently.
·  Agile. Understand Agile delivery concepts and experience
·  Planner. Able to define plan and requirements based on ambiguous scope
·  Curious. Able to research, learn and present new industry trends

Strong advantage

·  Experience in Process Measurement
·  Experience with Reporting and Analytic Design Thinking
·  Understand data modeling, warehousing and integration concepts
·  Tableau, DataZen or SSRS reporting tool experience
·  European or India location preferred
