Financial Claims Analyst with German

Job description

- Provide daily operational support to Partners (suppliers) via teams/skype and e-mail to resolve system issues, rebate calculations and payments to be received;
- Manage the claims processes and ensure resolution of all channel financial claims by acting as main point of contact for the partners;
- Conduct regular operational reviews regarding current status and issue with Partner Operational staff;

- Provide training and information on processes and tools to Partners as needed, in collaboration with the Country support;

- Provide continuous visibility of the progress of the claims to partners and stakeholders and work with them on a regular claims reconciliation process;
- Manage exceptions and specials (e.g. Vendor debits);
- Control the Inventory price protection process;
- Ensure that policies, legal regulations and audit requirements are met and maintained and contribute with ideas for process improvements.

Qualifications :

· Y - You are fluent in German & English;

· - You are familiar with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook;

· - You are not experienced in the job field, but you want to develop your skills together with our professionals;
