The Subcontract Management & Procurement Business Analyst is responsible for performing purchase order processing activities, reporting purchase order match exceptions, metrics, and providing extensive customer service to internal customers.

Responsibilities Include:
This role includes some or all of the following key responsibilities:
• Maintain AFS subcontracting and procurement data by performing quality reviews on system records and managing master data in key systems
• Maintain and generate subcontracting and procurement operational and government reporting
• Review, support, and respond to business inquiries related to system transactions and/or report contents
• Execute data patrols on subcontracting and procurement processes
• Plan and manage data cleanup initiatives
• Support and execute testing for enhancements and releases in subcontracting & purchasing systems and tools
• Support the build and test of reporting, dashboards, and key performance indicators
• Support continuous improvement opportunities and support business case development as process re-engineer
• Develop documentation for processes and procedures
• Identify and develop content for training and communications and deliver training for business users

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

·  U.S. Citizenship
·  Bachelor's Degree
·  Advanced Excel skills (VLookups)
·  2 years work experience in data analytics
·  Work experience as a Business Analyst
·  System design/development experience

Preferred Qualifications:

·  Work experience in Contracting, Procurement, Finance, or Accounting
·  Experience with Unison CLM, Deltek Costpoint, CER, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and/or Power BI
·  Familiarity with US federal contracting
·  Ability to participate and work in a team environment
·  Strong MS Skills (Visio, PowerPoint, Word)
·  Strong detail orientation
·  Strong communication skills
·  Excellent analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
