Job Description:

· Lead a team of Business Analysts in support of a ServiceNow delivery.
· Essential functions include analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies and to design and improve business processes while identifying and defining detailed product requirements and use cases to ensure efficiency and quality throughout the operation, as well as compliance to the customer's standards.
· Lead a team in problem solving, continuous improvement, and demonstrate strong dedication to quality and communication.
· Serve as a liaison to the business community and participate in user and task analysis to maintain the customer's perspective while maintaining client relationships at peer level.
· Lead the team in cost reduction, knowledge capital and work product/service improvement activities, as well as assisting in identifying issues and providing status of scope of work while understanding role and responsibilities of self

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Minimum Qualifications:

·  3+ years of relevant experience in business Analysis for system design, system architecture, business technical architecture, business system requirements definition, or similar
·  Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (such as waterfall, agile) Preferred Qualifications:

·  Ability to collect requirements, map business processes, and familiarity with Agile methodology
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
